Job summary

Swank Motion Pictures is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and support all recruiting initiatives and manage full life-cycle recruiting efforts. This role coordinates the recruitment process, ensures consistency and equitability, and maintains relationships with management to anticipate talent needs.

The position is based in St. Louis, MO, primarily in the office with a hybrid work schedule including some remote days as business needs allow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience including full-lifecycle executive recruiting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Experience with ATS systems and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-life cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Select optimum recruitment channels and sources.
• Implement best practices in recruitment and branding.
