Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a Talent Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment across our organization. You will partner with hiring leaders to identify, engage, assess, and hire top talent, delivering a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining strong ATS discipline.

You will own the process from intake to offer, build robust candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding while ensuring compensation alignment and organizational needs are met.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
• Clear verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accurate ATS records.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate feedback, offer support, and onboarding transition.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and align on recruiting strategy.
• Build pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
• Conduct candidate screens evaluating skills, motivation, compensation fit, and potential for success.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely communication and clear expectations.
