Job summary

Michaels Stores in Irving, TX, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting excellence across the organization. You will guide sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation for internal and field candidates, and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Partner with business leaders and HR partners to build proactive staffing plans, optimize time-to-fill, and ensure diverse candidate pools. Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing experience, including strategy development.
• Experience leading a TA team and partnering with HR and business leaders.
• Proven ability to develop proactive recruitment plans and build diverse candidate pools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruiting Excellence through talent attraction and selection.
• Oversee full lifecycle recruiting for internal and field candidates; mentor TA Specialists.
• Partner with business leaders to determine staffing needs and build cost-effective recruitment plans.
