• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition and sourcing with proven leadership
• Experience leading a TA team and exceeding hiring goals
• Strong knowledge of TA systems, labor market trends, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead TA Specialist team and coach for high performance
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent
• Oversee full lifecycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding
• Partner with business leaders and HR to plan staffing needs and staffing plans
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and data-driven recruiting metrics
