AspenTech, a global leader in industrial software, is seeking an America's Talent Acquisition Manager based in Houston, TX. You will lead and develop a team of Senior and Principal Talent Acquisition Consultants across North America, partnering with business leaders and HR to deliver consultative talent solutions.

In this role, you will coach a hands-on team, manage a small requisition load, and drive scalable recruiting practices while aligning hiring strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 8+ years in recruitment with leadership experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams would be highly preferred.
• Strong operational knowledge in cost per hire, compa ratio, and hiring budgets.
• Proven ability to influence through data and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across NA, LA, and SA.
• Manage a small requisition load as a hands-on player-coach.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to build future talent pipelines.
• Develop relationships inside and outside the organization to feed intelligence to stakeholders.
• Recommend hiring strategies based on market knowledge and candidate trends.
• Set clear performance expectations and ensure recruiting discipline regionally.
