Job summary

CDM Service Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Manager in Omaha, NE to lead recruiting across our operating companies. You’ll source both experienced and early-career talent, build pipelines, and own our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementation.

You will partner with Unit HR, hiring leaders, and Marketing to support hiring needs and improve processes, with travel of about 25–30% and an in-office work arrangement in Omaha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience with hands-on sourcing.
• Experience with college recruiting, internship, or early-career programs.
• Experience supporting recruiting across multiple businesses or geographic markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting and sourcing for non-union positions across operating companies.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting from a candidate-experience perspective.
• Improve job postings, workflows, communications, interview resources, and reporting.
• Build talent pipelines and lead college, internship, and early-career recruiting.
• Travel approximately 25–30% with heavier travel during recruiting seasons.
