This hands-on leadership role blends strategic planning with rolling up your sleeves to build pipelines, improve processes, and ensure a superior candidate experience. You will own SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, partner with Unit HR and Marketing, and develop strategies to fill non-union roles while expanding early-career programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition with hands-on sourcing.
• Experience with college, internship, or early-career programs is required.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business units or geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting and sourcing for non-union roles across operating companies.
• Develop practical sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and guide selection.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and improve candidate experience.
