Job summary

CDM is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts across the company, partnering with HR, hiring leaders, and Marketing. The role will own the recruiting experience and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, while building strong talent pipelines and leading college recruiting efforts.

This hands-on position requires sourcing experienced and early-career talent, along with supporting field and union workforce needs and traveling about 25–30% during college recruiting seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, HR, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with college, internship, or early-career programs.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or a similar ATS/HRIS.
• Willingness to travel 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead hands-on recruiting and sourcing for assigned non-union positions across operating companies.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill needs.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting from a candidate experience perspective.
• Improve job postings, workflows, communications, and reporting.
• Lead college, internship, and early‑career recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate campus events and career fairs.
• Tell an authentic company story through Recruiting content.
