Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting for corporate and bakery operations. You will own full-cycle hiring, build talent pipelines, and partner with Operations to translate staffing needs into actionable plans.

You’ll drive creative sourcing, organize events, leverage recruiting marketing, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting multi-unit organizations.
• Proven success recruiting corporate and field roles.
• Strong in using ATS and recruitment metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field and functional leadership positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage requisitions, pipelines, and reporting in ATS and related tools.
• Track hiring metrics and optimize processes to improve results.
• Collaborate with Operations and Leaders to meet workforce needs.
• Support bakery openings and strategic hiring initiatives.
• Drive employer branding and recruiting campaigns with Marketing.
