Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in New York to lead recruiting for corporate hires and bakery network, building the team, processes, and partnerships needed to hire great people at scale.

This highly collaborative, business-facing role owns full-cycle recruitment for field and functional leadership, develops sourcing strategies, and delivers an Always Warm candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other multi-unit organizations.
• Proven success recruiting both corporate and field types of roles.
• Highly skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines through sourcing, hiring events, recruiting campaigns, and community engagement.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate and bakery network roles.
• Partner with Operations and Functional leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Own recruiting workflows and system adoption, maintaining requisitions, pipelines, and reporting.
• Drive applicant volume through proactive sourcing, referrals, and recruiting campaigns.
• Source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and social channels.
• Partner with Marketing to support employment branding and local campaigns.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
• Support new bakery openings and other strategic hiring initiatives.
