Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, organizational leadership, or related field.
• Three or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience.
• Manufacturing, engineering, technical, skilled trades, or industrial recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition efforts for hourly, technical, skilled trades, professional, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, schools, and events.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote Apache's employment brand in the community and marketplace.
• Support HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and talent development as an HR business partner.
