Job summary

Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation is seeking an HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting across hourly, technical, and leadership roles while partnering with leaders on workforce planning and employee development.

In this role you will source candidates, manage interviews, offers, onboarding, and build talent pipelines, while contributing to employee relations, onboarding, and HR initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience.
• Manufacturing, engineering, technical, skilled trades, or industrial recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical, skilled trades, professional, engineering, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, schools, and recruiting events.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote Apache's employment brand in the community and marketplace.
• Support leaders and employees with HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Assist with employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support onboarding, training, and organizational development programs.
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR processes.

Position SummaryThe HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading recruiting efforts while supporting key Human Resource initiatives across Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation. This role partners with leaders to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent while contributing to employee relations, performance management, onboarding, engagement, and workforce planning.
