Job summary

Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation seeks an HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting across hourly, technical, skilled trades, professional, engineering, and leadership roles while supporting key HR initiatives. You will partner with leaders to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent, manage screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Three or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Manufacturing, engineering, technical, skilled trades recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, or other HR functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical, skilled trades, professional, engineering, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, schools, and recruiting events.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote Apache's employment brand in the community and marketplace.
• Support leaders and employees with HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Assist with employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support onboarding, training, and organizational development programs.
