Process Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership roles. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can step in immediately , build relationships quickly, and drive hiring results. This is not a coordinator role. This is a hands‑on recruiting role responsible for helping the business scale by identifying talent, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and partnering with leaders to build strong teams.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of hourly, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership positions across the organization.
You will partner closely with hiring leaders , production leaders, and the People & Culture team to develop hiring strategies, create candidate pipelines, improve hiring processes, and ensure new employees have a strong start.
You will share responsibility for recruiting with another t alent acquisition partner already on the team and play a key role in helping the company meet aggressive hiring goals.
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through day 1
Recruit for high-volume hourly manufacturing positions as well as salaried professional roles .
Develop sourcing strategies that generate qualified candidate pipelines
Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments
Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and define hiring profiles
Ensure a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Extend offers and support negotiations when appropriate
Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline health
Proactively source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, community partnerships, social media, trade schools, and other creative sourcing methods
Build awareness of Process Technology as an employer of choice within the local market
Develop relationships within manufacturing, skilled trades, and technical talent communities
Create compelling messaging that attracts qualified candidates while setting realistic expectations regarding the role and work environment
Lead onboarding activities for new team members
Partner with leaders to ensure new hires are prepared for success from day one
Support initiatives designed to improve new hire engagement and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders throughout the recruiting process
Help identify barriers that slow hiring or impact candidate quality
Recommend process improvements that increase recruiting effectiveness and efficiency
Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts as the organization grows
Consistently deliver qualified candidates for critical openings
Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and plant leadership
Reduce the time required to fill open positions
Improve candidate experience and offer acceptance rates
Strengthen onboarding and new hire integration efforts
Help the business meet staffing needs required to support growth and customer demand
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried positions
Experience supporting high‑volume hiring environments
Strong sourcing skills and a track record of finding talent in competitive labor markets
Experience partnering directly with leaders and hiring leaders
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technology
Manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, logistics , or distribution recruiting experience
Experience with onboarding and new hire orientation
Experience using UKG or similar HRIS platforms
