Responsibilities

• Advise regional leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Conduct and document employee relations investigations and coach managers on corrective action.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to junior HR staff.
• Collaborate with leaders and other departments to support operations.
• Travel to project sites as required to support field teams.
