MikeWorldWide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across agencies and practice areas. You will source great candidates, partner with hiring managers, manage pipelines, and drive a strong candidate experience from first contact to offer.

You will build internship programs, strengthen our employer brand, and explore AI-driven approaches to recruit smarter and faster in a fast-moving agency world.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience in public relations, advertising, communications, or marketing agency environments.
• Hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple full-cycle searches independently.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and hiring-manager partnership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles from Account Coordinator through Director levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, search strategies, and market insights.
• Proactively source and engage candidates; build staffing pipelines and intern programs.
• Present qualified candidates and manage interview processes through offer.
• Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer brand across agencies.
