Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting responsibilities with experience providing direction, training, coaching, or day-to-day support to other team members.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, interviewing practices, hiring compliance, and HR documentation requirements.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, team members, schools, community partners, and external recruiting resources.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and multiple open requisitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the company professionally and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Paycom HRIS platform preferred, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related recruiting tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for assigned business areas, ensuring open positions are filled efficiently with qualified candidates.
• Supervise, coach, and support teams by setting priorities, reviewing workload, providing feedback, and promoting consistent recruiting practices.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, define success profiles, establish realistic timelines, and recommend effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, community partnerships, schools, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, selection support, offer preparation, onboarding handoff, and candidate communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Ensure professional, responsive, and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor recruiting activity, requisition status, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate flow, and other key metrics; prepare regular reporting for HR and senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, communication, documentation, applicant tracking system usage, and overall process consistency.
• Support internship and early-career recruiting initiatives by building relationships with schools, workforce organizations, and community partners.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and recruitment technology.
• Represent the company's culture, standards and employment brand in all recruiting activities and promote consistent messaging across candidate touchpoints.
• Support additional HR initiatives, projects, reporting needs, and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
