Job summary

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms, especially Paycom.

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for assigned business areas.

• Develop proactive talent pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, schools and partnerships.
• Manage screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding handoffs, and candidate communications.
• Ensure a professional, timely, and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Monitor time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and recruiting metrics; report to HR/leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, ATS usage, and processes.
• Support internship and early-career recruiting through relationships with schools and programs.
