Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or HR support experience.
• Experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple calendars.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support recruiters.
