Job summary

Infor Inc. is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas in Atlanta. You will help source, engage, and guide candidates, ensuring a positive, inclusive experience at every stage.

As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, coordinate interviews, and help manage candidate records to ensure compliance and a high-quality experience for applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple roles, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
• Assist with sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and social platforms.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communications between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to employer branding through recruitment marketing initiatives and events.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear, professional communication throughout the process.
• Provide administrative support to the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Support full-cycle recruitment processes for early-career and professional-level roles, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
• Assist with sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communications between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in recruitment marketing initiatives and career events.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and consistently throughout the hiring process.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (such as Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience using applicant tracking systems (such as Avature, Workday, or iCIMS).
• Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working with Early Talent hiring.
• Experience in technical recruiting.
