Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to build pipelines and engage candidates for Data Center Operations roles across our global sites. You will own the candidate journey from outreach through preboarding, coordinating with Data Center Operations leaders and hiring managers.

The role emphasizes sharp prescreens, strong communication, and accurate Lever data management to support rapid site ramp-ups and reliable staffing across 24x7 facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition coordination, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Proven sourcing ability and prescreening against technical role requirements.
• Working knowledge of Form I-9, background checks, and E-Verify where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for Data Center Operations roles via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build pipelines across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and controls talent.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and preboarding steps; ensure timely feedback and offers.
