Qualifications

• 13+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with US leadership focus.
• Strong track record in US Leadership / Executive hiring and Sales recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring senior professionals across Director, VP, SVP and C-level / functional leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of hiring for Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Success and Revenue leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, high-value and confidential searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level and leadership hiring across the US, partnering closely with business and functional leaders.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Director, VP, SVP, Head of Function and other critical leadership positions.
• Drive hiring across Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Success, Revenue and other commercial functions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, organizational structures, talent requirements and leadership profiles.
• Build and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies for niche and highly competitive positions.
• Proactively identify and engage passive leadership and sales talent through market mapping, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other executive sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pools across strategic leadership and revenue-generating functions.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments and provide informed insights to hiring leaders throughout the selection process.
• Manage senior candidate engagement, stakeholder coordination, offer discussions and closure.
• Provide talent-market intelligence covering competitor organizations, talent availability, compensation expectations and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with senior candidates and develop long-term talent networks for future leadership requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive and high-priority leadership searches.
• Partner with HR and business leadership on workforce planning and critical talent requirements.
