Ameriprise Financial in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to design and execute campus recruitment strategies, partner with universities, and build diverse talent pipelines for internships, graduates, and apprenticeships. You will manage high-volume campaigns and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process.

You will also ensure a positive candidate experience, analyze recruitment metrics, and stay current on trends.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably early careers/ campus recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for University partnerships and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies targeting students and grads.
• Build relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations.
• Organize on-campus and virtual recruiting events to promote opportunities.
• Identify and engage top talent through networking, job boards, and campus events.
• Interview and assess candidates for internships, grads, and apprenticeships.
