Job summary

Trimont, headquartered in Atlanta, seeks an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition to lead strategic recruitment across the organization. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, campus programs, and internal/external partnerships to attract top talent for a fast-growing real estate finance group.

You will partner with the People and Culture team to align hiring with business goals, manage projects, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Campus recruiting experience and university partnerships desirable.
• Technical recruiting experience for tech, data, and engineering roles preferred.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing methods.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruiting across the organization.
• Advise hiring managers and partner with them to identify staffing needs.
• Develop campus programs, internships, and graduate hiring initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with agencies, universities, and industry networks.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals with a positive candidate experience.
• Lead campus recruitment events and on-campus interviews in partnership with stakeholders.
• Promote inclusive recruitment practices and diverse candidate pools.
• Support People and Culture projects to improve processes and efficiency.
