Responsibilities

• Act as senior HR advisor to leaders across business areas and geographies.
• Lead workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational design initiatives.
• Guide performance, engagement, and change management strategies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development on hiring and capability gaps.
• Use workforce data to diagnose trends and shape practical recommendations.
• Ensure enterprise consistency while addressing regional needs.
• Coach managers through performance, engagement, and change execution.
