Job summary

You will shape metrics, improve employer branding, and partner with external relationships to source critical talent while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across the recruiting function.

• Guide team in developing sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Establish recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and optimize staffing operations.
• Partner with HR and other departments to improve recruitment tools and processes.
• Analyze recruiting trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance employer branding.
