This onsite role requires building curated candidate pipelines, deciding which searches to run in-house or with contractors, and shaping the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing senior hires in engineering, AI, or growth roles.
• Strong network in San Francisco or Shanghai.
• Able to design and run long-running searches with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Scope and rank required skills with hiring manager.
• Decide which searches to run in-house vs agencies.
• Build and manage hiring agents and processes.
• Close hires with evidence-driven offers.
• Own win-rate and post-interview follow-through.
