Handshake seeks a Senior Business Recruiter in San Francisco to own full-cycle recruiting for senior business roles, partnering with hiring managers and executives to shape strategy and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

You will help modernize recruiting with AI and automation, building strong pipelines across Operations, Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, and Communications, to drive fast, high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech or startup environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on strategy and talent assessment.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled recruiting tools and modern recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for business roles across multiple functions and partner with hiring managers on role requirements and strategy.
• Lead intake meetings, craft search strategies, and move candidates through interview and offer processes.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and networking, using AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.
• Provide market insights and guidance on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting effectiveness.
