Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead recruitment efforts across multiple functions. You will own end-to-end hiring, guide a dedicated team, and align talent strategies with business goals in a fast-paced Fintech environment.

You will partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, develop scalable sourcing, and drive data-driven decisions to improve quality of hire while shaping employer branding and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various functions.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring specialists across different domains.
• Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions.
• Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry
