Job summary

Creatio, a global AI CRM and workflow platform, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top talent across AI, operations, and non-technical roles for global markets, with a primary USA and LATAM focus. The role is based in Ukraine.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and drive candidate experience from sourcing to offer, leveraging ATS and modern hiring practices to help Creatio grow its international teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven expertise in hiring AI roles, operations, and business analysts.
• Knowledge of modern selection methods including competency interviewing.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers.

Who We’re Looking For:

Join our team in Ukraine as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and make an impact across our global markets, with a primary focus on the USA and LATAM. You will play an important role in attracting exceptional talent for AI, operations, and other non-technical positions while helping our teams grow internationally. The role is based in Ukraine.

Team Composition:

1 Lead; 3 Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, pipeline building, and hiring top talent
• Define selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods: LinkedIn, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, networking, and employee referrals
• Foster a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
• Collect, input, and report on recruitment data and metrics
• Identify new opportunities for process improvement to enhance recruitment strategy

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions
• Strong expertise in hiring AI roles, operations, AI consultants, support, and business analysts
• Solid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing (certification or practical experience a plus)
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Full professional proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience recruiting in fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environments (startup or agency background)
• Exposure to both tech and non‑tech hiring, especially commercial and customer‑facing roles driving revenue
• Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies
