Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to strengthen our recruiting team and develop the recruitment function across the organization. You will guide end-to-end hiring, mentor the team, and ensure compliance with modern recruitment standards in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

In this role you will build pipelines, track KPIs, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive improvements to hiring processes while supporting remote work and continuous learning budgets.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years in end-to-end recruitment across non-tech functions (Legal, Finance & Accounting, etc.).
• Strong execution focus with ownership and results.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple recruitment projects.

Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to strengthen our recruiting team for ensuring the development and training of the recruitment team to support their efficiency and compliance with modern recruitment standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading recruiting unit and ensuring high quality of hire
• Management, mentoring and coaching of the recruitment team
• Effectively leading end-to-end recruitment process (pipeline, recruitment flow effectiveness etc)
• Ensure quality recruitment activities and deliverables are in line with recruitment KPIs
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in the Talent acquisition area
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and analytics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry to ensure a positive recruitment experience

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong expertise across the full hiring cycle
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring high-quality talent within Non-Tech functions (Legal, Finance & Accounting, etc.)
• Strong execution focus with the ability to take ownership and deliver results
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Strong service mindset and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility for results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving recruitment processes
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

Nice to have

• Any experience in leading, managing, mentoring, or coaching recruiters, with the ability to drive team performance, support individual development, and achieve shared recruitment KPIs
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
