Job summary

Sparton DeLeon Springs, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Intern to immerse in all aspects of recruitment operations. You will respond to inquiries, conduct phone screens, facilitate interviews, and schedule pre-onboarding activities on-site in De Leon Springs, FL.

You will attend recruiting events, analyze staffing data, and assist with new hire engagement activities while learning from a Talent Acquisition Manager mentor.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution.
• Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. Citizen.
• On-site in De Leon Springs, FL.

Responsibilities

• Drive activities in support of high-volume recruiting.
• Post and refresh job opportunities on all relevant platforms.
• Manage job description database projects.
• Handle inquiries and accessibility requests.
• Screen incoming applications and related documentation.
• Organize interview schedules and pre-employment testing.
• Initiate background checks and maintain candidate contact.
• Attend recruiting fairs and events.
• Support Talent Acquisition with other tasks.
