Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Recruiting Operations Intern for Fall 2026. You will support the recruiting team by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate data, and assisting with reporting and documentation.

This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to candidate experience and HR technology in a dynamic, global team. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep processes organized, data-driven, and efficient, while learning how talent acquisition operates across

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
• Familiarity with recruiting systems is a plus (Greenhouse/Workday)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview activities among candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Communicate scheduling details and updates to candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate and interview data in the applicant tracking system
• Support posting roles, candidate tracking, and recruiting documentation
• Assist with recruiting reports and monitor hiring activity
• Help prepare interview materials and candidate communications
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Support internship-program coordination and Talent Acquisition projects
