Sparton DeLeon Springs, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Intern to immerse in all aspects of recruitment operations. You will respond to inquiries, conduct phone screens, facilitate interviews, and schedule pre-onboarding activities on-site in De Leon Springs, FL.
You will attend recruiting events, analyze staffing data, and assist with new hire engagement activities while learning from a Talent Acquisition Manager mentor.

You will also attend company recruiting events, prepare and analyze staffing data and reports, and support various new hire engagement activities.

You will be joining a highly professional, client-focused, and dedicated team of recruiting professionals and will gain insight into, knowledge of, and hands‑on experience in recruiting for defense contractor manufacturing and engineering. You will learn and develop skills in managing the workflow for recruiting and hiring in both high-volume and highly technical roles.
