You will participate in job fairs, help with applicant tracking, and ensure timely communication with candidates. High school diploma required; strong MS Office skills and excellent verbal and written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct phone/in-person interviews of candidates.
• Assist with coordinating interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Deliver employment offers and provide information on benefits, compensation, and working hours.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and support recruiting events.
