Twenty-Six Defense Maritime is seeking an HR Intern to support HR Operations on-site in DeLeon Springs, FL. You will update employee databases, handle data entry, and assist with company policies and events.

The role offers hands-on HR experience in a non-union manufacturing and defense contracting environment, with learning outcomes across HR programs, records retention, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree and able to provide degree progress documentation.
• Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to work on-site in DeLeon Springs, FL.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the HR Team.
• Entering and maintaining accurate data in multiple HR systems.
• Organize, schedule, and execute events in support of employees.
• Review exit surveys and schedule exit interviews.
