Olsson is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support career fairs, campus events, and resume screening. This year-round, part-time role offers 10–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling to fit student life.

You may work from our Overland Park, KS or Lincoln, NE offices and gain exposure to our recruiting team. You will post jobs on school boards, review student data, and help coordinate shadow days and events while developing essential HR skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Candidates entering their junior year preferred; sophomores will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with career fairs and campus events and track inventory.
• Post positions to school job boards and review student information for internships.
• Coordinate campus events, career fairs, and shadow days.
• Support the recruiting team with resume screening and related tasks.
