Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support career fair activities, campus events, and resume reviews. This year-round, part-time role offers 10–20 hours weekly and provides exposure to the full recruiting cycle while balancing school schedules.

You will work with our recruiting team, posting positions to school boards, reviewing student information, and coordinating events. Location options include Lincoln, NE or Overland Park, KS, with potential flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Candidates entering junior year preferred; sophomores considered.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with career fairs and campus events, tracking inventory and posting positions.
• Review student information for the internship program and coordinate campus events.
• Support resume review in collaboration with the recruiting team.
• Coordinate shadow days and internship activities and schedule events.

Job Description

As a Recruiting Intern, you will assist with career fair and campus events; specifically tracking career fair inventory, posting positions to school job boards, reviewing student information for the summer internship program, and tracking and coordinating campus events, career fairs, and shadow days. In addition, you will partner with our recruiting team and assist with resume review. This is a year-round part-time opportunity ranging from 10-20 hours a week, working around schedules during the school year and summer.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE or Overland Park, KS offices.
