Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support career fairs, campus events, and resume screening. This year-round, part-time role offers 10–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling to fit student life.

You may work from our Overland Park, KS or Lincoln, NE offices and gain exposure to our recruiting team. You will post jobs on school boards, review student data, and help coordinate shadow days and events while developing essential HR skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Candidates entering their junior year preferred; sophomores will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist with career fair and campus events; specifically tracking career fair inventory, posting positions to school job boards, reviewing student information for the summer internship program, and tracking and coordinating campus events, career fairs, and shadow days. In addition, you will partner with our recruiting team and assist with resume review. This is a year-round part-time opportunity ranging from 10-20 hours a week, working around schedules during the school year and summer.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE or Overland Park, KS offices.
