The role offers end-to-end experience in the recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to welcoming new hires on their first day. You will gain exposure to sourcing, interview processes, and on-boarding, working with a modern talent acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in HR, business administration or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Team player who collaborates well in a group.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition activities including sourcing, resume reviews and pipeline building.
• Assist recruitment administration: scheduling interviews, candidate logistics, ATS upkeep.
• Participate in interviewing and initial phone screenings to ensure candidate experience.
• Gain exposure to end-to-end onboarding and pre-employment logistics.
