Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition activities, including active candidate sourcing, resume reviews, and pipeline building.
• Assist in recruitment administration tasks, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate logistics, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in interviewing and selection initiatives to conduct initial phone screenings and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Gain exposure to end-to-end onboarding programs to help facilitate pre-employment logistics and welcome new hires on their first day.

This position offers hands-on, end-to-end experience in the recruitment lifecycle; from identifying top-tier talent to welcoming them on their first day.
