Job summary

Welltower is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to provide part-time support across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will help source candidates, coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and support recruiting events in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and pursuing a degree in HR, business, or communications. Prior internship or campus involvement is a plus, and proficiency with MS Office or ATS tools is

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition or HR; internship or campus involvement is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a part-time schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews across platforms; ensure timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
• Support onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS with guidance from TA team.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, campus visits, and other early-career initiatives.
• Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networks.
