Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle on-site in Texas. This role partners with company leadership on recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration and HR compliance.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, coordinate onboarding, conduct background checks, maintain confidential employee records, and help implement process improvements. The position offers a hands-on, visible role with opportunities to impact talent strategy and HR

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or HR administration.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Create and post job advertisements and align with managers on needs and qualifications.
• Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hire integration.
• Administer HR programs including benefits, records, and compliance-related processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and candidate inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
