Job summary

OPTIMIZED LOGISTICS LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment for corporate, sales, and plant roles. You will partner with hiring managers to fill roles rapidly, build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

You will use ATS, job boards, social networks, and LinkedIn to attract candidates, support onboarding, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment events. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage many requisitions at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, interview plans and timelines.
• Write and post job ads; source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen résumés, conduct phone screens, and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and move hiring decisions forward.
• Extend offers in line with approved compensation ranges and manage acceptance; coordinate background checks.
• Provide onboarding support and participate in recruitment events.
