Job summary

Crunch Pak is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. You will recruit for hourly and salary roles, coordinate onboarding, and promote a positive workplace culture while ensuring policy compliance.

This full-time exempt role reports to HR leadership and requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 2+ years HR experience, and a strong understanding of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Associate degree in Arts, Business, or a related field.
• Two+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Strong communication and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create and maintain job postings across platforms and screen candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews; coordinate interview process.
• Prepare offers and onboarding documentation; coordinate pre-employment checks.
