Job summary

EH Group is seeking a hands-on Recruiting & HR Operations Manager to attract, hire, and support talent as we grow. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience while also assisting onboarding and HR operations.

This role reports to the Fractional HR leader and emphasizes scalable people practices, cross‑functional collaboration, and timely execution in a fast-paced, growing technology environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Experience hiring for technical, commercial, or corporate roles.
• Working knowledge of U.S. recruiting practices and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with ATS (Ashby preferred) and HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offers and closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals and other channels.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Handle onboarding and preboarding activities, background checks, and orientation.
• Support benefits, payroll coordination, and HR policy queries.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS records.
