Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruiting for our U.S. operations, based out of any HBK office. The role owns sourcing, screening, offers and onboarding with emphasis on building a pipeline for engineering and energy talent.

Location options include San Antonio or Spring, TX. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in HR, 5+ years of experience in engineering/utility hiring, and strong proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• Five+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring engineers, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel to HBK offices, conferences, and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies aligned with workforce needs.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI search, associations, referrals.
• Build talent pipelines for engineering and energy roles nationwide, including events and university relations.
• Represent HBK at career fairs and industry events to strengthen market presence.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting from posting to offers and onboarding coordination.
