This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to meet business needs, build pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Besides recruiting, you will assist with onboarding, lifecycle administration, and day-to-day HR operations when time allows, reporting to the Fractional HR leader and helping establish

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or HR operations.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, commercial, operational, or corporate roles.
• Working knowledge of U.S. recruiting practices and general employment lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, from intake to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and creative channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage offers, compensation coordination, and offer documentation with HR/leadership.
