Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or workforce management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates to meet client staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure rapid response to open positions.
• Process and manage job orders while analyzing workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Administer client-required assessments and screening processes.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a successful associate experience.
• Maintain candidate pools and workforce readiness through proactive recruiting strategies.
• Supervise, coach, counsel, evaluate, and support temporary associates.
• Administer company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Process merit increases, tenure increases, and incentive programs.
• Assist associates with workplace concerns and employment-related questions.
• Manage workplace injury cases, including investigations, reporting, and workers' compensation documentation.
• Represent the organization at unemployment and workers' compensation hearings as needed.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts through regular communication and site visits.
• Review workforce performance and staffing needs with customers.
• Support onboarding programs tailored to client requirements.
• Partner with leadership on pay and bill rate recommendations.
• Resolve invoicing concerns and support payment collection efforts when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring staffing goals and service level expectations are met.
