Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Recruiting and HR Coordinator to join its New York City team. The role coordinates full-cycle recruiting across multiple entities and supports onboarding, HR administration, employee programs, reporting, and other HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting and HR experience with hands-on exposure to applicant tracking systems and recruitment coordination.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting, HR, and administrative or operational support.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience coordinating full-cycle recruiting processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling, assessments, background checks, and onboarding.
